Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before their scheduled consultation.
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 change/cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
• If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited at the consultant’s discretion, with no refund.
• If a technical issue occurs on the consultant’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
