Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Clarity First Jewelry Consulting, your time and mine is valued. The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.

Scheduling & Changes

Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests to cancel or reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 change or cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

Because consultation times are reserved exclusively for you, missed appointments cannot be refunded.

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened or forfeited at the consultant’s discretion. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

Technical Issues 

If a technical issue occurs on the consultant’s end that prevents the session from taking place, the consultation will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Refunds

No refunds will be given after consultations have been completed.
